have developed three different methods by which we can
make our services available to you. These three unique

Drop off Service:
In most cases the best solution
for great service is to bring in your PC. From our new
tech center we can run a wide array of diagnostics on
your computer to better understand exactly what is
going on with your machine and then decide which
course of action is going to get things running the
way they should – quickly and affordably. If you are
looking for great service and unparalleled value our
tech center is perfect for you. For your convenience
you can now fill out all the required paperwork to
drop of your computer online. Just fill out the
following forms and bring them with you when you drop
off your computer. We accept drop offs anytime between
8:30 am and 6:00 pm Monday-Friday, no appointment
necessary. If you need to drop off your computer after
hours, we have 24 hour drop boxes at your disposal!

 Onsite Service:
We offer onsite service to both
residential and business clients. We can setup your
computer, trouble shoot various issues, and provide
one on one tutoring. If you would like to request an
appointment with one of our technicians please fill
out the following request form and we will get in
touch with you right away to set a date and time.
Remote Service:
In order to provide you with
quicker service at more affordable rates we have
created a remote service tool. This tool will allow us
to connect remotely to your PC so that we can see your
screen and control your mouse and keyboard all while
you watch. Whether you need a quick lesson or want us
to look at an error message you are getting this
revolutionary technology is perfect. Please note that
in order for this service to work you will need to be
able to get onto the internet from the computer you
want us to look at via a high speed connection like
Cable or DSL.
Business Partnership Program:
If you are a business owner than
you know the importance of technology you can rely on.
We offer everything from monthly remote check-ups at
extremely reasonable rates to a complete part-time IT
presence package which includes 80 hours a month of
our services provided through a variety of different
members of our team. If you have not considered an IT
