In an effort to help keep the cost to our clients low, we highly encourage our clients to bring in their computers to our tech center for repair whenever possible. Valley ComputerWorks charges an hourly rate of $65 for all completed technical work with a one hour minimum, but clients who bring in their computers receive the following benefits:

• No $25 onsite fee
• No billing for time spent running scans or downloading updates
• Access to our $25 diagnostic only service

We strive to turnaround your computer as quickly as possible and guarantee that you will have your computer back within 7 business days, but for our clients who need even faster service we also offer two different types of expedited service:      

• Priority:
  3 Day Turnaround Time Guaranteed for an additional $25
• RUSH:
  24 Hour Turnaround Time Guaranteed for an additional $50
